5. Information We Handle for Our Clients
Our clients are businesses. When their customers call, text, use the chat on a client’s website, fill out a form, or respond to a review request, we process that information on our client’s behalf to provide our services.
The client decides how that information is used, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to it. We don’t sell it or use it to market our own services. We may use it in aggregated form to measure and report results. If you’re a customer of one of our clients, contact that business with questions about your information, and we’ll help them respond.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to run our Site and understand how visitors use it, including recording how visitors navigate our pages. Some features on our Site are provided by service providers and may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work.
We don’t currently use advertising cookies or allow advertising networks to track your activity across other websites.
